STEM Plastic Fab Labs

Education is where the Our Plastic project began, and it is our primary goal: to help K-12 educators and schools establish student-run STEM PlasticFab Labs.

Although the equipment we use, such as plastic shredders, injection molding machines, and plastic molds, are simple machines, and injection molding is a decades-old process, it wasn't until 2013 that we had small-scale plastic recycling. Read more about the history here
